When it comes to architecture or real estate, Dubai is always amazing us. Burj Dubai is the latest miracle in United Arab Emirates. Its the tallest skyscraper in the world which is exactly 828 meters. Its construction actually begun in September 2004 and after exactly 6 years it was opened, in 4 January 2010.

Burj Khalifa is located in a 2km square area, part of flagship Downtown Burj Khalifa , near Dubai’s major business district.
The total cost of Burj Khalifa was over $1.5 billion whereas the whole project Downtown Dubai, $20 billion.

Anyone can actually rent some office space at Burj Khalifa, the only problem you are going to face is the price per meter square. At the moment we are writing this article, the price for one meter square is $43,000 and also Armani Residences (which is located in Burj Khalifa) rents for $37,250.
