Additional Villas to be built in several Emirates
Abu Dhabi: An additional 110 villas will be built for Emiratis in various emirates as part of a project that contributes to improving living standards.

The committee tasked with following up on the implementation of President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan’s orders on infrastructure development projects Tuesday approved the construction of the villas out of which 35 will be built in Fujairah’s Awhala, 30 in Ajman’s Masfout, Subaigha and Muzaire, 20 in Ras Al Khaimah’s Kabda, 15 in Sharjah’s Al Shees and Al Noha, and 10 in Ras Al Khaima’s Mallah.
In total, the committee in the past three months has approved the immediate construction of 667 villas for Emiratis.
The designs and criteria of the villas are in accordance with worldwide standards of sustainability to meet the expectations of Emiratis for excellent housing.
The approval came during the committee’s meeting chaired by Ahmad Juma Al Za’abi, Deputy Minister of Presidential Affairs and chairman of the committee.
Al Za’abi said the committee is tasked with conducting comprehensive studies on Emiratis’ housing needs and meeting those needs quickly.
He said this was in line with Shaikh Khalifa’s directives to implement projects that contribute to improving the living, social and economic standards of Emiratis
