Dubai City Guide

In Dubai you can find almost everything. You can find the most luxury hotels or the biggest man-made resorts. A new project has been officially announced since 2003. Dubailand will be the biggest entertainment park in the world (twice the site than Walt Disney World). A starting capital of more than $6 billion has been raised and the development of Dubailand has been in divided in four different phases. The first phase is said to be completed between 2008 and 2009.

Overall Dubailand project will cover an area of 278 and will have 45 mega projects. In these 45 huge projects there will be up to 200 sub-projects.

Dubailand will possibly finish between 2015 – 2018.  Dubailand will not only be an entertainment place but a complete city thats why huge plannings and calculations must be made in order to keep everything balanced for the coming years.

Most of the biggest companies in the world have already shown their interest to have a small land part in Dubailand. Below you can find a list of the most known companies

Dubailand will be located in Emirates Road and the Dubai-AL Ain Road and will be 10 minutes away from the Dubai Airport.
